Corporatisation is about changing the structure of a government or semi-government body so that it operates on business lines, with a mandate to trade profitably and an obligation to account to the government for its financial performance. Often it is the first step towards privatisation, but sometimes it merely acts as an illustration of government’s trend towards the devolution of financial responsibility.
Previously hidden from the public gaze, it is now becoming clear that successive governments have employed a covert national programme to corporatise and privatise public assets in Britain so as to pass control into the hands of private individuals and bankers. At a strategic level, the covert corporatisation process has enveloped the Bank of England (always a private corporation, which was never really nationalised in 1946), our railways, airports, ports, public utilities, major bridges, Courts, Local Authorities, the Police (ACPO) and more. The NHS is now also being targeted, along with schools and roads. Whilst the public believes that the individual and society is supported by public institutions and authorities, the truth is that they have been quietly and deceptively changed into profit making organisations which now serve the coffers of their corporate masters, rather than the hardworking taxpayer. We now see clues to the corporatisation programme in the new job titles awarded to individuals within this new corporate realm. Local Authorities now refer to senior Council Officers as Chief Executive Officers or Directors, they talk of Client Services (implying a corporate contract with a Client), and they work to a Business Plan. This is a far cry from Civil Servants with a lifelong duty to serve their masters - the general public.
Our national assets have been covertly sold off to private companies on the basis that government is not the best at running our infrastructure. While this is undoubtedly true, we have witnessed treason at work. Successive governments have allowed these private companies to turn our national infrastructure into nothing more than profit centres.
Energy companies, water companies, railway companies spend the minimum they can get away with to maintain the present infrastructure, invest nothing for the future and take everything they can out in profit for shareholders. Once the present infrastructure reaches end of life, as it is in the process of doing, it will be the taxpayer who is expected to finance the building of the next generation of power stations and reservoirs, ready for another 25 years of profit taking.
We would do well to remember that every corporate or commercial asset is ultimately controlled by the banks. And as Banker Baron Nathan Mayer Rothschild said... ”Give me control of a nation’s money supply and I care not who makes the laws.” Today, we do not know who controls the Bank of England, but we do know that they are private individuals and private banking interests - thus we have no control of our nation's money supply.
One of our first tasks in Lawful Rebellion must be to bring the control of the nation's money supply and national infrastructure back into the hands of the people via Parliament. We must ensure that all associated transactions are fully visible to the light of day, and that any private company tasked with running our national infrastructure suffers financial penalty if profit is put ahead of future investment.

Two trillion pounds.
The amount is staggering, and most of it is no more than gambling debt.
It represents roughly £35,000 for every man, woman and child in the country, or, to put it in perspective, roughly £57,000 for every working man and woman.
A little less than one trillion of the debt has gone into bailing out the banks. This is expected to rise to 1.4 trillion by 2014.
The rest is a massive 1.2 trillion pound hole in the public pension pot.
Where has all this money gone?
It should be clear that the entire monetary system is fraudulent, and is the ultimate source of all the corruption in this nation and worldwide. The truth is that the money has gone into a huge global gambling operation comprising investment banks, hedge funds, private equity funds, dark pools, exchange traded derivatives, OTC derivatives and a host of other esoteric financial acronyms.
Any nation which bases its existence on a monetary system, rather than the real, physical economy, is doomed to failure in a quagmire of corruption as the god of money demands ever more deregulation so that corrupt bankers can take on ever more convoluted side bets in an effort to generate "alpha".
When it all goes to hell, instead of sending in the receivers to reorganise the debts of the failed organisation, as in any other industry sector, we are told that banks are "too big to fail."
This is just another example of Treason, where the interests of international powers - in this case international privately owned banks and hedge funds - are put before those of the nation.
What needs to be done
What doesn't need to be done is to cut £65billion from the budget. This is insanity, and will result in deaths as the impact filters through the NHS and other necessary services. We therefore urge you to join us in our national campaign to promote the following policies:
- Return to a tough banking regulation regime. High street retail banking operations should be wholly separate from any speculative investment banking. Tough standards for debt should be put in place, and any presently outstanding debt which does not meet those standards should be written off. Every bank with a base in the UK should be subject to a full public audit, and any bank found to be trading while insolvent should have its directors prosecuted and placed in administration.
- Instead of calling G20 meetings to push the policy of bailout, we should be promoting this new regulatory policy, and building treaties between sovereign nation states for the control of exchange rates and interest rates.
- The Bank of England and the Financial Services Authority should be scrapped. Despite being supposedly public institutions, they are both run by private banking interests, and clearly operate for private banking interests. Just ask the Bank or your MP about the nature or activities of wholly owned subsidiary Bank of England Nominees Limited, and see what kind of answer you get.
- All currency should be issued by the Treasury following an act of Parliament.
- A new National Bank should be established to distribute newly issued currency, which should be used exclusively for the purpose of rebuilding our collapsing national infrastructure. Such a rebuilding programme should be used as a driver for restarting the real economy, with an emphasis on manufacturing and agriculture.
- Personal savings and personal pensions should be protected.

What does Article 61 (Lawful Rebellion) stand for? You have Sovereignty, realize it, and use it.
Posted August 6th, 2008 by john.
Lawful Rebellion.
Some one recently asked me the question; what is Lawful Rebellion?
Rebellion in itself has a number of different meanings and is in fact quite close to another word that seems to be on everyone’s lips; Revolution. Defined meaning of Rebellion;
- Refusal to accept some authority or code or convention.
- An act or show of defiance toward an authority or established government.
Defined meaning of Lawful;
- Being within the law; allowed by law: lawful methods of dissent. (The lawful refusal to conform to the authority that is unjust)
Under article 61 of Magna Carta 1215 (the founding document of our Constitution) we have a right to enter into lawful rebellion if we feel we are being governed unjustly. Contrary to common belief our Sovereign and her government are only there to govern us and not to rule us and this must be done within the constraint of our Common Law and the freedoms asserted to us by such Law, nothing can become law in this country if it falls outside of this simple constraint.
Article 61 shows quite clearly who really holds the power in this country, that being quite simply us the people; we have Sovereignty not any Parliament and nor can this be taken from us by any Parliament who claim to have taken the people’s Sovereignty. As defined above any act passed by a Parliament to remove the power the people possess, or to remove the power from the point of constraint we invested the power in, is invalid as it falls outside of the constraint laid down by Common/Constitutional Law.
This is a simple safeguard put in place to protect our freedoms under said law and to never allow such freedoms to be removed or diminished. So in reality any Act, Statute and subsequent law or legislation formed by these actions, that effects our freedoms asserted to us, is quite evidently unjust, invalid and most certainly illegal.
By invoking article 61 we are quite clearly stating that we feel we are being governed unjustly and after giving the head of state (Her Majesty) 40 day’s to correct this, if this is not corrected, then we can simply enter into lawful rebellion and we do this under the full protection of our Constitutional Law.
Lawful rebellion allows quite simply for the following recourse;
- Full refusal to pay any forms of Tax, Fines and any other forms of monies to support and/or benefit said unlawful governance of this country.
- Full refusal to abide by any Law, Legislation or Statutory Instrument invalidly put in place by said unlawful governance that is in breech of the Constitutional safeguard.
- To hinder in any way possible all actions of the treasonous government of this land, who have breeched the Constitutional safeguard; defined with no form of violence in anyway, just lawful hindrance under freedom asserted by Constitutional Law and Article 61.
Above are listed the three main ways we can as a people rely upon article 61 and what this allows for. The British people were given over 700 years ago a Law to use as there recourse when faced with either a Parliamentary dictatorship, or a Sovereign trying to rule by Divine Right, which amounts to the same thing. We have a right, and a birth right at that, to be governed properly under our birth right law and no other and certainly not by laws introduced on the pretence of being British Law, when in fact all laws passed since 1973 have been European laws in the guise of British law. We have a right to freedom within our true law and no Parliament can remove this for they were not present in its implementation nor did it need any Parliament, or any Parliament involvement, this was quite simply a deal struck between the people and a Sovereign, a deal which can never be broken.
The traitors that reside in the Parliament of this country only fear one thing and that quite simply is us the people and they know that they can never defend themselves, or defend their treasonous actions, lies and deceit against the power of the people, asserted by and given by, the founding document of our Constitution Magna Carta 1215. They realize, as many others do, that once the British public grasps the power of Magna Carta in both hands and start to use it in their defense; their game is quite simply up.
What does Magna Carta stand for?
In stands for freedom, that the people have Sovereignty that cannot be removed by anyone and it stands for the only real true rule of law; that no one, without exception, is above the law.
What does Article 61 (Lawful Rebellion) stand for? You have Sovereignty, realize it, and use it.

It was the Standard which obtained and revealed the then-secret text of the Maastricht Treaty, against Foreign Office opposition. The Standard was the only national newspaper which advocated sending a task-force to expel Saddam Hussein from Kuwait within hours of the invasion: all the other national papers were to advocate mere round-table diplomatic discussions.
1986 – date CHRISTOPHER MONCKTON LIMITED, consultants in public administration: Founder and Director. CML finds and implements innovative and effective solutions to problems inflicted by bureaucracies on governmental, corporate and individual clients.
A futures brokerage firm was threatened with closure by a corrupt City regulatory agency, which was itself closed after we intervened.
A manufacturing company employing 350 people with a £10 million investment, threatened with destruction by proposed new Government regulations of which it had been given only three days’ notice, was saved within a week when we halted promulgation in Parliament and had the regulations redrafted.
A leading national scientific institute threatened with cancellation of its annual grant was saved within a week when we said we would publicly expose the Minister who had failed to consult it before withdrawing its grant.
An international lawyer imprisoned for almost seven years on charges trumped up by a corrupt foreign regime was released after we intervened.
An eminent journalist who had been tortured for nine months in a British psychiatric prison was freed within weeks when we said we would report the judge in the case to the Attorney-General for torture.
A major cleaning services company which had been raided by the Inland Revenue and the Home Office, losing all its records in the raid and facing prosecution by both departments, was reopened by us the day after the raid, whereupon we instigated a successful High Court application for leave for judicial review, resulting in a substantial award to our clients and the collapse of both prosecutions.
A property tycoon who had spent six months trying to gain access to an overseas government minister met him three days after we were engaged.
A services corporation defrauded by its insurers received premium reductions totalling £150,000.
An award-winning fund manager threatened with prosecution by the Serious Fraud Office on the ground that he had posted trades late so that he could allocate the best results to himself had all charges dropped after we produced a 200-page computerised study of his entire trading history, proving that he had made the same return for his clients as for himself – to within 0.05%.
The owners of a stately home who had spent nearly two years trying to persuade their insurers to meet a £100,000 subsidence claim were paid in full three months after we were engaged, on the basis of a 100-page technical report by us.
A billionaire who had spent two years unsuccessfully trying to recruit several hundred candidates for a new political party had 17,000 willing names six weeks after we were engaged; he appointed 600 of them.
A new Scottish political party looking for policies published a complete, detailed manifesto two months after we were engaged to consult party members and to draft it.
A Scottish regional elected authority wishing to ensure that its region’s only direct railway service to London was not withdrawn sought our advice on public administrative law when QCs both sides of the Border had said nothing could be done, our nine-page brief on the interpretation of the word “such” in the Railways Act 1993 won the case in the Outer and Inner Houses of the Court of Session, a perpetual interdict was granted, and the West Highland Sleeper is the only train in the world obliged by law to run “till a’ the seas gang dry”.
2007-present: Climate change research: As a former Prime Ministerial adviser on scientific and domestic policy to Margaret Thatcher, Lord Monckton advised her in 1986 that "global warming" might be a problem and recommended that it be investigated.
Two years later, Margaret Thatcher established the Hadley Centre for Prediction and Research. In 2007 a City institution invited Lord Monckton to advise it on whether "global warming" was a problem. Lord Monckton's 40-page report concluding that "global warming" would not, after all, be a global crisis was shown to the Editor of the Sunday Telegraph, who commissioned him to write two major articles on the subject.
The first article attracted 127,000 hits to the Telegraph website in just two hours, causing it to crash. No other article ever printed by the Telegraph newspaper group has ever attracted so much interest in so short a time.
Lord Monckton is recognised internationally as an expert on the climate question. He has had papers on the determination of climate sensitivity published in the reviewed literature and on the internet, and has given speeches, lectures and physics-faculty seminars on the subject all over the world.
Twice this year he has testified before the US Congress, but on a third occasion, when the elected Republican minority had chosen him to respond to testimony by Al Gore before the Energy and Commerce Committee of the US Congress, the Democrat majority rejected the ranking Minority member's chosen witness, attracting adverse media comment.
On Labor Day 2009, Lord Monckton addressed 100,000 mineworkers and their families on a reclaimed mountain-top in West Virginia. His announcement to the Petroleum Club of Calgary, Canada, that the then-secret draft Copenhagen Climate Treaty proposed the establishment of an unelected world government with powers to bring all free markets to an end and to inflict unlimited taxes, fines and regulations on all nations made front-page headlines across Canada.
The peroration of his 90-minute speech on climate change at Bethel University, St Paul, Minnesota, in mid-October this year was recorded by a member of the audience and posted on YouTube, where it has received 4 million hits (2.6 million on one site alone), going Platinum on YouTube faster than any other political speech.
In 2009/10 he addressed "Tea-Party" rallies in Texas and Washington DC, and a high-level briefing for underwriters and brokers at Lloyds of London. He also addressed the European, German and Danish Parliaments, and attended the UN climate change conferences in Copenhagen and Bonn. He is scheduled to speak on climate in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia.
2008-present: RESURREXI Pharmaceutical: Director responsible for invention and development of a broad-spectrum cure for infectious diseases. Patents have now been filed. Patients have been cured of various infectious diseases, including Graves’ Disease, multiple sclerosis, influenza, and herpes simplex VI. Our first HIV patient had his viral titre reduced by 38% in five days, with no side-effects. Tests continue.
